Lake Tahoe, Stateline, NV – The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency is accepting project nominations for its Best in Basin awards program through Thursday, March 31, 2016.
The Best in Basin awards program is in its 26th year. TRPA created it to recognize projects that demonstrate exceptional planning and design and compatibility with the environment and TRPA guidelines.
The program has five award categories for projects completed in 2015: building and general construction projects; water quality restoration and erosion control projects; defensible space and forest health projects; public and Environmental Improvement Program projects; and sustainability projects. Projects can be nominated for recognition in multiple categories.
