The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) Tahoe Living Working Group was convened in 2020 to identify and prioritize specific, quantifiable local and regional actions that leverage environmental redevelopment and water quality improvements to achieve the housing goals of the region. A record of working group meetings is provided below which provided TRPA with policy recommendations that has helped the agency modernize land use policies and address long-standing inequities in the housing market.
