STATELINE, NV – A Travel Mode Survey, sponsored by the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, was completed last August and results have been compiled, summarized and published. The purpose of the survey was to obtain detailed information regarding modes of transportation used by residents and visitors to and from commercial and recreational areas. The data was collected to provide baseline transportation information for the Pathway 2007 planning process, and it will be used to assist in planning travel mode options around Lake Tahoe.
