Lake Tahoe, Stateline, NV – The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency’s Governing Board convened at 9:30 am on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at the North Tahoe Convention Center in Kings Beach, CA. Wednesday’s meeting included a public scoping for preliminary environmental analysis of proposed environmental thresholds for the new Pathway 2007 regional plan. Additionally, a public hearing was held on the Villas at Harborside project, where timeshare development is being proposed in Homewood.
