The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency online permitting system will not be available from 5:00 p.m. Thursday, July 14 through 5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 17 for scheduled software upgrade.

Permit application review during this time will be uninterrupted and customers can access parcel and permit information anytime through the LT Info Parcel Tracker at parcels.laketahoeinfo.org. The main processes that will be affected are new application submittals and application status updates. Please contact us at trpa@trpa.gov or your assigned planner for assistance with unavailable online services during the system upgrade.

This downtime is necessary to upgrade TRPA’s permitting software, Accela, for easier remote access, public access, and increased security. The software update will allow for future improvements to simplify the way customers apply for permits, create online customer dashboards, and give real-time application status updates.
