November 2, 2022 Update

Lake Tahoe, CA/NV – Under the coordination of the Tahoe Fire & Fuels Team (TFFT), the California Tahoe Conservancy, Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District, and North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District may continue prescribed fire operations over the next two weeks, conditions and weather permitting. Smoke will be present.

Smoke in the Tahoe Basin can also be tracked through regional ALERT Wildfire cameras and the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency’s smoke forecast map.
